Coronavirus: Managing anxiety and coping with self-isolation

The Listening Tree team have been watching the news carefully and have today been planning for how we can best support our clients during what for many people may be a very anxious time.

The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (our governing body) have said that… ‘While the media focus is on the impact on people’s physical health and what’s being done to prevent the spread of the disease; anxiety about the virus can also have an impact on people’s mental health and wellbeing.’ We wanted to share two articles with you that have been published by the BACP.

Coronavirus self-isolation: How to look after your mental health and wellbeing if you’re self-isolating

We hope that you find them useful should you be feeling anxious or isolated due to the current situation. Please know that you can contact us should you need to speak with us further.
