Reflective supervision has been integral to my senior leadership practice, enabling me to support staff with clarity, compassion and professional curiosity. I am currently working on developing a coaching culture in school for all staff and passionately believe that coaching is transformational having experienced it first hand.
I am a fully qualified life coach with a Level 7 diploma, offering a client-centred approach to support you in finding strategies to work towards your goals. I know that people have the answers they seek, and that with the right coach asking the right questions, they have the power to connect to their inner voice and be the best version of themselves. Even small actions and goals can have a large impact – think -the butterfly effect.
