BSc (Hons), MNCPS Acc.
Alongside therapy sessions, I provide reflective supervision for individuals and teams, and bring particular experience in supporting neurodivergent and ADHD clients.
My practice is integrative, rooted in a person-centred foundation and trauma-informed approaches. Sessions with me are about creating a space where you can make sense of who you are, what you need, and how to create a life that fits, without losing yourself in the process.
You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need, we can explore that together. Sometimes this means going deeper into your experiences, using practical tools and strategies, or pausing to notice what is happening in the moment. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades supporting senior leaders in law and education, environments where burnout, disconnection, and moral conflict are common. These experiences ground my work and keep me committed to offering a space of honesty, care, and collaboration.
Therapy can allow you to feel more connected, more resourced, and more able to move forward in ways that matter to you.
