I have worked as a Deputy Head Teacher for 8 years, as well as a SENDCo, focusing on school leadership and inclusion.

Currently, I lead the service at SEND Hub North West, where we provide specialist assessments, training, SENDCo consultancy, and tailored strategies to support children with SEND. I also work as a specialist teacher for a local authority, identifying effective strategies, equipment, programmes, or other interventions to enable children to make progress towards their desired learning and development outcomes.

I am passionate about empowering schools to provide the best education for ALL children, fostering pupil confidence, resilience, and a love for learning.
