Louise Moon

I have worked across all stages of education, from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and into High Schools, with a focus on creating inclusive environments for children with SEND.

In my current role, I provide coaching to guide individuals on their neurodiversity journey, helping them identify strengths and address challenges. I also coach school senior leaders on developing inclusive practices to meet the needs of diverse students and staff. 

Additionally, I offer specialist advice to parents, empowering them to advocate for their children and develop strategies at home. 

My work is grounded in empathy, expertise, and a commitment to fostering confidence, understanding, and growth for each person I support.
