I’m a Specialist Teacher and SEND Hub North West Director, with over 17 years of experience in Primary Education, including 8 years as a Deputy Head Teacher and SENDCo, focusing on school leadership and inclusion.

I lead SEND Hub North West, a dedicated teaching service supporting schools, families, and children across the North-West. Our mission is simple: unearth potential, enrich lives, and help every child thrive.

We provide expert assessments, tailored support, and bespoke training to empower educators and SEND leaders. My approach celebrates each child’s unique strengths—children don’t need to be “fixed”; they need to be seen, supported, and empowered to flourish.

I’m passionate about early identification, meaningful intervention, and building strong partnerships with schools and families to make a lasting difference.
