Catherine Ashbrook

Before working as a therapist, I worked as a teacher for 22 years. Over 10 years of my time in education was in senior leadership positions where I trained, supervised and coached a range of staff from trainees to experienced teachers. I also enjoyed working with and supporting children and young people that found school challenging.

My counselling experience includes work with adults, as a trauma-informed therapist as part of an NHS commissioned service, work in schools with children and young people, and private practice working with clients of all ages.
