Emma Harding

I am a fully qualified counsellor, with a L4 diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and a clinical supervisor.

I started my working life as a support worker, in a private school for looked-after children, I then worked in mainstream schools as a TA with children with SEN.

I trained as a counsellor and have worked in a variety of settings including a school setting with staff and children and with adults and their families who have been affected by addiction.   For the past two years I worked for an EAP provider, completing short term counselling with adults with a wide variety of presenting issues.

I have trained as a clinical supervisor and reflective practitioner to work with professionals to look at work situations and different ways to deal with them.

I have a very good understanding of young people and how to help the staff that work so closely with them, to get the most out of them.
