Jody Timms

I'm an Integrative therapist passionate about helping people and making a difference. In a previous life I was a Tutor and Assessor, working within Further Education. I currently work within a secondary school, counselling staff and students and delivering workshops on mental health and well-being. I have my own private practice based in Sale, Manchester. I find my work incredibly rewarding and no two days are ever the same.

My therapeutic approach is Integrative, which means that I am trained to use a number of different modalities within my work. This allows me to offer an individual and unique service, after all we are all individual and one size doesn’t fit all. I tailor sessions to suit you and your need’s, whilst providing you with a safe, non-judgemental, accepting environment. 

I can help you explore difficult emotions and experiences, work on unhelpful thoughts or behaviours, gain insight and clarity and develop your self-awareness.

Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my children and Husband.
