Lisa Howard

I have a Level 4 diploma in working with adults and a Level 5 certificate in working with children and young people in the school setting. I work as a counsellor in schools, promoting positive mental health and well-being for children and their families.

I provide school staff with a safe space, free of judgement, where they can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. I am a trained teacher, so in a unique position to understand the demands and stresses this vocation brings. I support staff to reflect on their practice and work with them to find solutions to help overcome challenges and build resilience.
