Finding ways to reach your own solutions, enabling you to live a more resourceful life.  

Alternatively, I could simply be that non-judgemental, confidential ear that you just don't have elsewhere.

I am passionate about supporting the emotional well-being of all.  Therefore, in addition to my adult counselling qualifications I have trained, and have experience in working therapeutically with families, children and young people.  I consider early intervention is fundamental to positive longer term outcomes. 

I am wholly inclusive, aspiring to value, and respect the diverse needs of clients.  I offer, dignity, and respect to all regardless of background, sexuality, belief, gender, or socio-economic context.
