Supervision Facilitator Skills

The supervision skills course supports staff in understanding what supervision is and learning the skills and qualities of being a supervision facilitator. Delegates coming onto the course should of has at least 12 months practice of accessing supervision for themselves.

Day 1: Listening and Communication Skills

Day 2: Supervision and Facilitation Skills

Day 3: Experiential Learning Integration


Plus! Each attendee will receive four additional supervision sessions (Worth £240) to support their role in integrating supervision within the school environment.
