The supervision skills course supports staff in understanding what supervision is and learning the skills and qualities of being a supervision facilitator. Delegates coming onto the course should of ideally had at least 12 months practice of accessing supervision for themselves.

Day 3: Experiential Learning & Integration
Plus! Each attendee will receive four additional supervision sessions (Worth £320) to support their role in integrating supervision within the school environment.
